Just to mix things up a bit, here’s some shots from this years’ car show that took place last weekend.
This was the third year that Mac and I went to the auto show at the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre. It was a good lay out and a lot bigger than the previous years. We went on Friday night to try to avoid the weekend crowds. There was a powder blue Ferrari and McClaren in the lobby. Super nice cars but not really my choice of colour.

Although I’m more of a Mustang fan, I’d drive this Canuck Camaro. 🙂

Cute little Lotus ~ one of my dream cars.

The first level had many exotics proudly displayed. The lighting in there made it a little challenging to get good pics but here’s some of the hightlights.

That McLaren is pretty much my favorite. If I could pick any car to even take for a test drive this would be it. 😀

Mac really liked this Spyder, mostly because it was just like the Lego one that his Grandma gave him, that he had just put together the day before.

After admiring the exotics for a while it was time to make our way to the downstairs section. They had some classics on display on the way down.

Downstairs was a huge show room of new model vehicles, as well as some nice customizations and concept cars.

The picture below of the ’63 Lincoln really doesn’t do it any justice. This car has about $1,000,000 worth of customizations done to it. From what I read this beast has 1,250 hp, and a stereo system that kicks serious a$$!!!

The colour of this Infiniti Q80 was pearl like, would love to see that out on a sunny day.

And that’s just a small fraction of what there was to see. Looking forward to next years’ show!
