Gadwall ~ Burnaby Lake, Burnaby, BC ~ February 2017 [click any picture to see enlarged version]The Gadwall seems non-descript at first glance, however when you take a second look you can see the beauty in it’s colouring and patterns. The picture above is of a Gadwall just enjoying a float at one of the ponds at Reifel. The two pictures below I captured last summer at Burnaby Lake. My timing was pretty good on the capture, just wish the last picture was a little clearer.
